My $40 Back To School Essentials Challenge

 Hello everyone, I hope you and yours are all doing well.

Today I decided to challenge myself to see if I could spend just $40 to purchase my back to school essentials at yesstyle.com.

I have really been enjoying shopping on this site lately, and the one package I ordered from them so far arrived quickly and without problems. Their prices are so reasonable and the products are tempting. Today, I thought of a fairly inexpensive challenge (excuse) to buy as many stationery products for back to school as I can, while spending no more than $40.

Without further ado...let's see how I did. These are the products I placed in my shopping cart to order:

That's it. All totalled I spent $40! Alright it's actually $40.80... but I mean every woman exceeds their budget right?  I can be forgiven a tiny 80 cents. 🤣

All in all though, I think I did fabulous and got everything I needed to start the school year. Who says learning can't be fun....and cheap!

I made a video! Vitamin C and Korean Skin Care

Hello everyone! This is  a short post as it's near 12:00 midnight as I type and I've just finished uploading my (very amateur) video to Youtube.  Exciting yes...but I'm quite tired now (*sigh)😪 So lately I have been wanting to take better care of my skin, as I enter more mature years. Through my explorations and tentative experimentations with what's available out there, I have become a little bit obsessed with two things: 1. Vitamin C 2. Korean skin care Lately, my favourite product has been the dear Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Drops and the Freshly Juiced Vitamin E Mask. Planners!

Ok so let’s take a look at Planners. If I say the words Erin Condren or Happy Planner most people in the planner community will start to get excited, and could probably chatter on for hours about their favourite planner, why they like it, how they decorate, stickers...and on and on. Apparently, getting organised is a big thing these days, and it's not as simple as finding a good journal and writing down to do lists (perish the thought). Until recently, I hadn't realised that Planning, in elaborate stylised planners, using stickers and something called washi tape and all sorts of paraphernalia otherwise, had attained sophisticated levels of devotion.
